Ingredients
- Chicken: 1Kg
- Onions: (chopped fine) – 1 (Medium)
- Ginger paste: 2tbsp
- Garlic paste: 2tbsp
- Yogurt (beaten): 1/2 cups,
- Green Chilies: 6-7 (large)
- Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves: 1 bunch
- Mint leaves: 1/2 bunch
- Habib Cooking Oil / Banaspati: 1 cup
- Habib Chicken Hara Recipe Mix: 1 packet
Method
1- Grind Coriander, mint, green chillies, lemon juice and 1/2 cup of water to make green masala paste.
2- Fry the onion in Habib Cooking Oil / Banaspati till it just changes color. Add meat, garlic, ginger and Habib Chicken Hara Recipe Mix. Fry for 3-4 minutes. Add yogurt and cook on medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes.
3- When meat is tender and oil separates, add the green paste and cook on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes. Water can be added to make up gravy as required. Delicious Habib Chicken Hara is now ready. Garnish with julienne ginger and serve with hot naan.
